Use the same phone number that was verified during signup so we can match and verify the request correctly. The request will only be accepted if the email address and phone number match the same Snug account.

If we need more information to verify ownership, we will follow up using the email address you provide here.

Use this page to request full account deletion or deletion of selected personal data for Snug.

Requests are reviewed manually. Nothing is deleted automatically from this form, and we may contact you to request extra verification before any action is taken.

Security note: this form submits over encrypted HTTPS, is stored in our internal privacy request queue, and is not publicly visible on the website. To reduce fraudulent requests, the email address and verified signup phone number must match the same Snug account before the request is accepted.

2. What happens next

We review each request, match it to the account where possible, and verify ownership before processing. Some information may still need to be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, safety review, or defense of legal claims.
