Build before theatre
We would rather show a working path, an unresolved edge and the next experiment than inflate an early idea.
About Blacksite Labs
Small team.
Long term goals.
Blacksite Labs is an independent product company developing Snug Social Hub and Snug Campus from Norway.
How we work
Close to the product.
Honest about the stage.
Keep decisions traceable
Research, product choices and operational consequences should remain connected as the work moves forward.
Learn from actual use
Specific behaviour in a real situation teaches us more than broad approval of a concept.
